  1. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered
    Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described hereafter by any internet user connecting to the Site and accessing the information that it offers (hereafter the “User”). These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; Users of the Site are therefore asked to consult them regularly. This Site is normally accessible at any time to Users. Any interruption due to technical maintenance may, however, be decided by LA BUVETTE, where every effort will be made to communicate beforehand to Users the dates and times of the interruption. The Site is governed by French law. Users having access to the Site from another country must ensure compliance with the locally applicable legal and regulatory provisions. The Site is regularly updated by LA BUVETTE. Similarly, legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless important to the User who is asked to refer to them as often as possible for him/her to be familiarised with them.
  1. Description of the services provided
    The Site aims to provide information concerning all activities of the company LA BUVETTE. LA BUVETTE strives to provide information on the Site which is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies and failings in the updating of information, whether caused by itself or by third party partners who are providing it with this information. All information indicated on the Site is for guidance only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, information featured on the Site is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to changes having been made since it was uploaded online.
  1. Contractual limitations on technical data
    The Site uses WORDPRESS technology with the DIVI Theme proposed by Elegant Themes. La BUVETTE cannot be held liable for any property damage linked to using the Site. Moreover, the User of the Site undertakes to access the Site whilst using up-to-date hardware which is free of any viruses and with an updated state-of-the-art browser.
  1. Intellectual and industrial property
    LA BUVETTE is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights over all elements accessible on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, and more generally over all elements covered by an intellectual property right. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or any of the elements of the Site, by whatever means or procedure, is prohibited, without the prior written permission of LA BUVETTE. Any unauthorised use of the Site or any of its constituent elements may invoke the liability of the individual responsible, and this shall notably be regarded as an infringement and legal action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. LA BUVETTE and BLUE INTELLIGENCE are registered trade marks of LA BUVETTE SAS.
  1. Limitations of liability
    LA BUVETTE cannot be held liable for any direct and indirect damage caused to the User’s hardware, when accessing the Site, and resulting either from using hardware not meeting the specifications mentioned in item 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility. LA BUVETTE also cannot be held liable for any indirect damage (such, for example, as a loss of market or loss of an opportunity) arising from using the Site. Interactive areas (opportunity to ask questions in the contact area) are available to Users. LA BUVETTE reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content submitted in this area which would violate the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where appropriate, LA BUVETTE also reserves the right to invoke the User’s legal and/or criminal liability, notably in the case of racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic posts, regardless of the media used (text, photography…)
  1. Personnal Data
    In France, personal data is notably protected by Act n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995. When using the Site, the User is informed that personal data concerning him/her and/or relating to his/her Site navigation may be collected, and notably: the URL of links through which the User has accessed the Site, the User’s ISP, the User’s IP address, how long the User has been looking at the Site and the pages of the Site that he/she has visited. In order to be able to provide certain services to the User, the User may also be required to provide LA BUVETTE with some personal information such as his/her surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, and/or e-mail address, with it being understood in any event that LA BUVETTE shall only collect personal information about the User when required for services offered by the Site. The User knowingly provides this information, notably when he/she provides such information him/herself. It is then made clear to the User of the Site whether or not he/she wishes to provide this information in order to obtain the relevant services offered by the Site.     None of the Site User’s personal information is published without the User’s knowledge, nor is it exchanged, transferred, given away or sold in any form whatsoever to third parties. Only the repurchase/buyback of LA BUVETTE and its rights would enable the transmission of such information to the possible buyer who would, in turn, be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify data concerning the User of the Site.

  1. Hypertext links and cookies
    The Site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other websites, inserted with the permission of LA BUVETTE. However, since LA BUVETTE is unable to check the content of these websites, it shall therefore not be held liable in this regard. A cookie is a small file, which cannot be used to identify the User, but which records information relating to the computer’s navigation on a website.   1. Applicable law and allocation of jurisdiction
    Any dispute in conjunction with using the Site is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction over any such disputes.
